Default hardware compadible?

Hey before I go out and buy all this stuff for my new computer I wanted to make sure it would all work together. So if you could tell me if this is all compadible that would be great and also if you have any recommendations to make it better that would be good too.

Stuff I plan on getting:
Motherboard – CHAINTECH VNF4/Ultra Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 1GHz

RAM – Kingston 512MB or Corsair1GB

Case - ASPIRE ATXB2KL-AL/420 Computer Case

Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar SE WD1600JS 160GB

Video Card – NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420

Sound Card – None(built into motherboard)

CD-ROM – DVD drive and CD-RW drive

Speakers – Creative

Monitor – Gateway VX900

Things without links I already own.

Thanks

Well as long as this is nonECC DDR memory then you'll be ok

Thats an AGP card and the motherboard is PCIE. You'll need a PCIE videocard

If anyone could recommend me a motherboard and CPU combo that works with my vid. card that would be very helpful. I'm looking for a AMD 3200+ processor.

Thanks

Alright what about this set-up? I believe I fixed everything so it should all work together now. Tell me if this will work out. Also is that I good motherboard? I don't know much about computer brands.

Motherboard- MACH SPEED Viper(64) 939AGP Socket 939 VIA K8T800 Pro ATX AMD Motherboard or
ASUS A8V DELUXE Socket 939 VIA K8T800 Pro ATX AMD Motherboard(about 70$ more)

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor Model ADA3500BPBOX

RAM - CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Unbuffered System Memory Model VS1GB533D2 - OEM

Case - ASPIRE ATXB2KL-AL/420 Silver Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 420W Power Supply

Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar SE WD1600JS 160GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

Vid. Card - NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420

Thanks

I'd like to keep the video card I already have.

For memory I believe this will work?
CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM System Memory

and for the mobo maybe this one?
ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 Socket 939 ULi M1695 ATX AMD Motherboard

with the same processor:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor Model ADA3500BPBOX

Thanks Praetor, if it wasn't for you I probably would have bought the original stuff and it wouldn't even have worked together lol.

1. The new RAM will work
2. The ASRock mobo i would reccomend you avoid like the plague. Stability and performance are not ASRock's strenghts
3. Something like the ASUS A8V DLX [115USD] will allow you to use yer AGP card
