Windows Task Manager screwed up

when i hit alt+ctrl+del, the windows task manager is all screwed up, and doesn't show the menus or the top boarder, nor the status bar on the bottom. You can only see the tasks list. (On WinXP SP2)

figured it out!

incase someone has the same problem, and stumbled apon this from a search engine:

goto Start > Run > type taskmgr.exe but do -NOT- click ok
then hold ctrl + alt + shift and hit enter at the same time.

and it's fixed!!

It would be enough to double-click on the border of it :-)
