Id suggest saving $50 and getting the identically clocked AMD Athlon64 3500 [ADA3500DAA4BP, 220USD]

For motherboard Id reccomend the DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D [130USD]or the DFI LanParty UT NF4SLI-D [170USD] board if you insist on getting an SLI one. If you insist on getting ASUS then I would reccomend the ASUS A8NSLI Premium [170USD] for an extra $2

For RAM i'd suggest having a look at the PQI Power Series 2x1GB [CL2.5, 190USD] and saving 25 bucks

I would suggest not getting the 7800gtx, its not really worth the extra money. Just go with the 7800gt.

I would also recommend DFI motherboards. They have great products!

Thanks For the suggestions Praetor, great money saving for something pretty much exacly the same!

I'll defintly consider just getting a 7800GT Fuzz, because there is a huge difference in price range. Thanks.

Ok - I have a question.

Do you have to buy the Ethernet Port seperately, or does it come with the motherboard or one of the chips?

Thanks.

Ok, well that's it really.

Would you say this is all compatible, and would meet my gaming needs?

The stuff is compatible. As for your gaming needs, thats kinda subjective although i suspect it should be more than adequate

Thanks very much!

If we can't fix my other computer this will be the next computer I'll get. Or in better words, build.
