re formatting problems???????

[b]ok i re formatted my computer i have all the drivers disk but all i get when i boot from drivers disk after is says that its loading all the stuff (drivers) then it says nothing it finishses the drivers and then starts up and its just a glowing blank blue screen dark blue and im really upset someone pleease help by the way i have a dell

please help im begging

QUESTIONS 101.

After you reinstalled the OS, why are you booting from the disc? Try booting from the hdd
