Default Overclocking using Bios

I have MSI K8N-NEO4-F. I am running Corsair Value Select 2 x 512 ram. I have a AThlon 64 3000+ With a Zalman fan. I have a 120mm fan bring cold air in the frant and a 120mm fan blowin out the back right know my computer is stating aroun 32C. I have a 350 Antec smartpower PSU.

The mobo comes with an overclock options in the bios I was wondering if anybody has ever used these before or not.

Bios is the standard method used to overclock, unless your a part timer

That board has decent oc'ing options. And that 3000+ will give you a nice OC

its the ideal way to oc imo (so yes i have)

have a look in OC 101 for a general approach .
