The Pentium4-1.6 [BX80528JK160G or RK80531PC025G0K] has a thermal limit of 75.0C so you're technically ok ... but you might want to keep an eye on the thermals anyways

Deal with the heat issues. Different cooler, clean out the dust etc

my heatsink seems to be cloged up with dust what can i do to get it out of teh fan

You can buy compressed air for Wal-Mart or office max and use that to blow the dust out.

do you recon the cpu could of got damaged because at one point it was at 79 and i dont no for how long it was like that

see if the program that u are using is set to Celsius not Fahrenheit.

yer i ment 79 celcius i now got rid of the dust and its gone back down to 33 yay but i just wana no could it of damaged teh cpu

It might have u did go over the thermal limit of 75.0C but since it is still running u maybe safe.
