Question Reliable Spyware Killer

I'm looking for a reliable spyware finder/killer, thats free off the internet. Any ideas?

This software will find spyware on your system, but to remove, you'll need to register.

I used this software to scan for adware, and then search on Google for the solution... so I don't have to register.
