Thanks for your help! Intel may be better for my aps, however I'm an AMD fan, and I'll probably still go the AMD route. Right now I'm using an AMD thunderbird classic 800mhz, way beyond retirement, however she's still going strong, slower than ****, but still running. I need to upgrade, however funds was an issue, for there were too many other things to buy.
So you recommend ASUS for the mobo? Are they reliable? Or more reliable than the others? Seems to me, they're a lot more expensive than others. And I like Antec myself, I have 2 of their cases, worked awesome for me.
