Default Ultimate christmas present?

My parents have agreed to get me anything I want for my computer for christmas as long as it's a reasonable price (<=100 dollars us). Any suggestions?

Are you saying because you run linux, you cant play games? Haha your loss... Do you currently have an lcd screen? I know the soft colors of the lcd can be very easy on the eyes, compared to a crt.. which can strain them.

Actually i really like linux. And i was already planning on getting a dvd burner by the end of this month. And a wireless keyboard would be similarly useless as i sit at my table all the time anyway .

Do you listen to music? Use a lot of media when programming? Maybe a new sound card, speakers sub... Also you might want to think about the dual monitor feature... i use it at work.. Helps a lot!

Hm. That's not a bad idea. Actually, I've been looking to get a second computer (i already have the actual tower in my possession) and hook it up in my room so that i can use it as a networked jukebox. Any idea how to go about it?
