Problems with startup!! :(

Hallo, ive replaced my motherbord and my pc wont startup when you push powerbutton it goes on and after 2 or 3 secs it auto shuts off i have tried an other processor but still didnt work i have unplugged all devices and it still doesnt work.

Can somebody please help????
