Does windows xp home have a drive manager? I can't seem to find it.

You mean something like Explorer? (or something like the Explorer --> Drive Properties --> Volumes --> Populate?)

I think he might mean "Disk Management"

Its in:
Start-
Control panel-
Administrative tools-
Computer management-
Disk Management-

(Thats where it is in XP Pro anyhow)
