Problem with files in Documents and Setting folder

Have an machine with XP on the original drive, and possibly due to installing SP2, couldn't even do a repair to XP. Installed another hard drive and loaded up XP on it. The problem I'm having is I can't get in to the any of the folders under my username. Same name and passoword and it gives me "Access Denied" errors. All other users, I can access all the folders under "Documents and Settings" folder for each user - except mine. This username does have administrative right too.

Any thoughts about how to retrieve them?
