Recently I tried ordering an ABS Ultimate M5^64, to my cusom needs, but after the order was complete, it would be "void." I didn't recieve an email clarifying that it, the order, was void. I found out by checking the order report 3 days after ordering it. I emailed the customer support asking why it was void but they responded with, "your order has been void. if your system is still in need, you can repurchase it at abs.com. thank you!" My dad, who is the one "paying" for it (i gave him the money, hes got a credit card) called them and they didn't know why the order was void. He is now sick of ABS and doesn't want to do with them. I probably would be if their computers weren't so good. HERES MY QUESTIONS: Is ABS a company to trust? or are they just a bunch of flakes? ...and is their customer support a bunch of guys who dont know what they're doing?
I would really like this computer, and if you have any input, it would be greatly appreciated. |
