i think its a great setup, but for the price of that processor, id say get a 4000+ San Deigo core.

I'd go with a different psu, try this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817148008
It is a higher wattage, which will be good for your high-end card.

And where are you buying your parts from?

getting all the parts through new egg

I jsut thought that wasa good psu cause i used ti with my 6800 gt

but i see the one you posted is cheaper and has more amps on the 12v line
