Default Windows Task Manager

On my computer I had three partitions which I didn't want. I decided to just reformat my computer. So I did so and after that I can't open Windows Task Manager. I thought maybe It'd work after getting sp2, but it still doesn't.

Wouldn't anyone happen to know of anything.

In the C:\WINDOWS folder there is a taskman.exe but I can't get it to open from that or ctrl alt del

No, it think this forum was the correct option.
Try the following: Right-Click on system tray and select Task Manager. If it doesn't load then I believe that the program may have been disabled or erased.
