printing word document....small ?

i made the attached flyer...wondering how i can copy it 1/4 size, so i can fit 4 flyers on 1 sheet of 8.5x11": paper? any suggestions appreciated,

Scan it into a jpg. file and then use right click on your picture of your document and select print, that will take you to photo printing wizard and then you will have all kinds of options like full page or 2 5x7's or 3 4x6's and 4 3.5x5" prints!

PS: There are a few programs out there that will convert rtf files to jpg. but you have to pay for them, I do not know off any freeware programs that will do this so if you or a friend has a scanner that would be the simplest way to do this!
