Edit with Dreamweaver MX, how to get rid of?

I used to have dreamweaver 2004 mx installed and recently recieved the new dreamweaver 8 from my uni for academic use. I have since uninstalled dreamweaver mx using the add/remove programs section and installed dreamweaver 8. The problem is when i right click on a .php file type it says 'edit with dreamweaver 8' which is good but also says 'edit with dreamweaver mx'. Does anyone know how to remove this as it is bugging me. By teh way this is in Windows XP Professional.
