computer talks to me.. how can i make it stop?

Another problem is with norton cant uninstall it... oo well

but I really wont this to stop first be for I go looking into other things

by the way computer is not a dell.. (thank god)

have you looked at the add/remove program list to see if there is any programs installed on your pc that could be causing this?
