Default Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Platinum causes system crashes/reboots

while playing F.E.A.R i have experienced a random system reboot each time i have played the game. here is my system specs

AMD Athlon 3200+
Asus A7N8XE-Deluxe
X800 pro
1 gig pc3200 ram (corsair)
400w power supply
enermax watercooler (proc and vid card)
creative audigy ZS Platinum sound card

i am pretty sure that it is the sound card that is causing the problem, but i am open to suggestions. i have just reinstalled windows (it had been a while) and updated all drivers to newest versions. i have the soundcard as close to the agp slot as possible, but it is one away becuase of the waterblock on the graphics card

I assume your video card is cool enough with that water cooling? I suggest monitoring it just to make sure.
