Hi!
I heard that the wireless router are not very safe. Anybody can connect on your internet connection if he have a wireless card. The problem is that all router have the password set to "default". Anyway to change it? Is what I heard is true? steeve

Well there are two different types of password.. There are keys (passwords) that allow you to connect the computer to the router.. Then there are pw that allow you to get into the router and change the settings... The first one can be turned on or off (but should always be on) by default there is no wep key.. The second one is by default off, but should always remain on aswell. If someone were to acess your internet connection (because you had not wep key) they could login to your router, and block you from using your own internet! Any more questions?
