newgene Bronze Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Posts: 35	Installed RAM and now the processor runs slower -- what gives? Anyone ever heard of a processor running slower after installing RAM? I just pulled the two 512 MB SODIMMS and replaced it with two 1 GB SODIMMS, and now the system information is saying the processor is running around 1/4 of the speed. Anyone ever heard of this? Thanks.
