Modem Speed
I used to be able to get a 46666bps connection. Then I had a problem with windows and had to reinstall it and reinstall all my hardware. Now I only can get a 28800bps connection. I have an MSP5900-U Modem and Juno is my ISP. I'm running Windows 98SE. My modem property settings are the same as they were before. I have no clue what the problem is and I've tried fiddleing with all the modem settings and cant figure out anything. If you can help I'd much appreciate it.

115200 and I have it checked "only connect at this speed"
