get password for win 2000. HELP

Hello I just got an IBM from my Aunt and its not that bad, ive been thinking of giveing it to my friend because hes poor and has no comp. It has Windows 2000 professional on it, though I dont know the password to get onto it. Is there any free program, a secret username or a way to get or change the password, Im trying to log onto the computer, not the domain. Any help will be appreciated.

i heard there is a program that can reset the password but don't know the name of the program, hope someone else can help you

EDIT: i used this file about 30min ago and it worked
