Probably testing the new speeds, everyone's getting upgraded soon.

unless the song was very small, your download speeds are wrong. NTL are currently testing the new 10mb speeds in parts of england with the release for 3mb customers soon.

NTL always seems to be increasing their broadband speeds. They had a huge boost in their speed because of upgrades on their previous severs. I don't know what it could have been this time, probably bigger and better severs.
