C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\History

Every web page you or your brother has visited should be there unless it has been deleted or has expired because of the setting (the number of day a page can be stored in the history can be changed through Internet Option on Internet Explorer).

As for downloads, I think you would have to search through all the cookies in
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
