Bulk email sender

I have to send a couple of hundred emails - what is the easy way to do it?
Is there a freeware I can use?

If not, which software is easy and intuitive?

I won't be kicked out of my internet connection for sending a few hundred, won't I?

you can do it with most email programs, in what format are the email address currently??
And what email cleint do you use, Outlook?

? just go to your address book, check the names of all the people you want to send the email to, then click send mail. Then enter the body of your mail as normal and press send.

Isn't it also possible to do that with hotmail and gmail or goolgemail as it now know as
