HI, I scanned my Computer using Norton Anti Virus and realised a virus as follows:
Type: Adware.GAIN File name: Dc297.exe The worst thing is that I could not remove the virus. Any bro can help or advice the following: 1. Is the above virus a malicious one? 2. Any free anti-software that I can use? ![]()

yes and if i were you i would try to find the windows fix for the virus if it is anything bad.

try microsoft maliciouse software removal get it from windows update just remember to turn off system restore before deleting the virus or it might come back also symatec might have a solution on there homepage also remember to turn system restore back on when its been deleted
