Default Internet Connection Sharing......where is it?!?!

Hello, I've got a problem with ICS in that I don't even have to option to enable or disable it. When I click the advanced tab inside my internet connection (BT Yahoo!) I can only see the info about enabling windows firewall, there's nothing about the ICS as I've seen in screenshots other people have posted on the web.

I've tried running the Network Setup Wizard but that tells me there's an error and to try doing it manually. However I can't do this as it's nowhere to be seen, do I need to install something from the XP disc?

I'm running windows XP and I'm trying to set this up so I can play PS2 online.

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks very much
