Hey, Dilly man 2, look at the top of this forum where it says PSU 101. It will give you all you need to know. Then check out Zipzoomfly, Newegg, etc., and they'll have what you need. Hope this helps.

The minimum specs for the 7800GTX are actually 330W as it can draw up to 100W of power, but exceeding that is fine since you want to power the rest of your mahcine too
![]() How much can you spend on this PSU?

OCZ powerstream and modstream are both very good. Also, the new Antec NeoHE550w is very nice.

Do you need a 20-pin power connector or a 24-pin? If you needa 24-pin the Aspire fatal1ty keeps mentioning will not work.

Quote:
* 1x AUX Power * 1x 12V (P4) * 8x Peripheral * 1x Floppy * 2x SATA Power No, it's a standard ATX 20-pin power connector. Again, please research stuff you don't know before you convince people you are right. It'd kind of suck if he bought that PSU, and it didn't work with his motherboard. Dilly man 2 if your motherboard does infact need a 24-pin connector, make sure the PSU specifically states it has one. Some reviewers make mistakes and say it does when it doesn't...
