what socket is your 3.0Ghz on, if its SKT478 then you might have heat troubles, if its LGA775 then you should be ok with adequate cooling, if its SKT478 i wouldn recommend pushing it that far. As far as watercooling goes.... you dont need an extremely high end, just make sure the radiator is active, not passive, and check reviews on the product first tos ee if anyone has used it with what your trying.
