what is a bottleneck is it lots and lots of power or something

a bottleneck is a limiting factor in you pc.

ie. you have best graphics card in the world but poor processor

In this case im not really sure

there would be a bottleneck but i dont see it really hampering your gaming... if you really want a 7800 go for it, you could try overclocking your cpu if you want to, or further down the road you could just upgrade your cpu
