It's actually not an error screen, its simply the blue screen windows normally goes to before it fully shuts down. Once the 'windows shutting down' message box goes away, the computer moniter remains stuck at the blue screen, and the computer is still on (fans still going and all). There is no curser, you cannot CTRL + ALT + DELETE out of it, or anything to get out of the screen. All I can do is unplug the PS.

hmm... well did u try system restore points or trying to shut down in safe mode?
