cheap cards

has anyne ever seen the people on ebay who sell new graphics cards. like i saw a 6600gt brand new still in box etc and it got sold for only 70 gbp when it retails on websites such as lowestonweb etc for around £104. ow do these people get the cards so cheap in the first place?

Well some people might have bought it and then found out that they couldnt return it, but i think most people buy right from the mfg and get a huge discount like bestbuy and circuit city do.
