Question Budget gaming LCD monitor

I have searched for a while and came up with a list of monitors.
Features I need:
at LEAST resolution of 1280x1024 (I do 3D Modelling)
At least 12ms, preferrably 8ms (I do lots of gaming)
At least 17" screen size
nice contrast and brightness
quality brand name, don't want a crappy cheapo LCD.
Budget is $230 w/o shipping

Here are my picks:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824024007
CMV CT-726D
Brightness: 400 cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 500:1
Refresh Rate: 8ms

Acer AL1711FB
Brightness: 300 cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 450:1
Refresh Rate: 12ms

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009036
Acer AL1714CB-8
Brightness: 370 cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 350:1
Refresh Rate: 8ms

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009055
Acer AL1722h
Brightness: 300 cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 700:1
Refresh Rate: 8ms

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824208002
DAEWOO L1711MN
Brightness: 300 cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 700:1
Refresh Rate: 8ms

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824211005
DCLCD DCL9C (The only 19" one)
Brightness: 300 cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 800:1
Refresh Rate: 12ms

Can someone help me weed through this list? Also if you know of a good monitor that will fit in my requirements, please post a link to it or a name.
