I'd recommend:
2x 1GB Corsair XMS DDR400
7800GTX 256MB PCI-E

Other guys can fill you in on the rest

well we can definitly help u fill in the rest if u give us a budget. which i might assume is generally high considering the high quality parts u already have selected.

well i have roughly $2500 canadian to spare. By the way i have 1 gig of ram(4X256) so if i get 1 more gig of single stick ram isn't it better than buying 2 of them or would there be a conflict.

I'm using Corsair® 2048MB TwinX XMS 3200. I thinks its pretty good. Video Card, try Nvidia Geforce 6800 Ultra.

I thinks they are pretty good too. XMS is great memory, Nvidia is one of the two best graphics card makers.
