That's a very good choice Ku-sama , i would like to know whats HSF and thermal paste(pad) ??? Also i found out another nice fan with nice features especially its noise is 21DBA compared to 26.5DBA for the one you selected.
Can you check it out and tell me is this a better buy for an additional one dollar
