Default trillian not working

ok i downloaded yahoo and added one friend but then i found trillian like right after i put that one friend on there so i download trillian and my friend showed then i started to add more friends like a day passes and i juss think that my friend arent on but hten i call on of my friend and she sayes shes on but it doesnt she that she is (she is using aim)
and the only person i can talk to is my origanl friend
so i download aim and the problem is still there

i used to have that same problem back when i used trillian. i think in order to get it to work right, you need to add the buddy on the messenger itself (in this case, aim) and then the next time you use trillian, it asks you if you want to import your buddy list.
that's the only way any of my buddies ever showed up. of course, this was about 3 years ago though.

i said f*** trillian and i got meca and it works great i love it
