BIOS updating
hi i have a dell optiplex gx240 with 256 mb ram i want to increase to 512mb been told that increase memory that BIOS has to updated to at least AO2 , I HAVE AO1 at the moment , when onto dell website followed their instructions to copy onto disket , done that , no update taken place , can you help me please
