i would build a pc with parts from ebay, not only it is a hassle waiting for the seller to ship, sometimes they are very slow and sometimes worst, they take your money and never delivers.

shipping from a site that does anywhere in the world is going to be high. i think you're better picking a site that does specifically your country, or a select few countries.

As said, newegg only ships to us and canada, and ebuyer only ships to UK. The best bet although kof2000 seems against it, would be your countries ebay site
