Default Heatsink & Fan for 478

I have a socket 478 P4 northwood. Well I plan on overclocking it and would like a new heatsink and fan for it. If you guys would be willing to send me a link, I would be quite thankful. Also what would you recomend for some thermal paste. I really don't want to pay that much, but just want to know what is out there for now. My P4 is 2.8 ghz stock, what do you think I would be albe to get it up to. The rest of my specs aren't holding me back (my IS7-E is a fair ocing mobo is it not?)

Thanks, Bob.

Checkout thermaltakes tower112 or the silent tower both heatpipes, and both great for the price. also go for arctic siler 5 for paste, u cant beat it.
