does raid(where it spilts the labour)help with fps(i hear thats better for stuff like AOM, which i like) during gameplay

It doesnt. Have a look at the RAID0 section in RAID 101 for more

Yes but 60 is an order of magnitude off from 600

(that and often people will want to run disc images to avoid [potentially] damaging original discs
