Default Firefox extensions?

so im trying to download the extension Flashgot, but when i try and install it, the extension downloads and i click open, but then a blank firefox page/tab opens up. i go to tools>extensions and it says there's nothing there. whats wrong or what do i have to do?

i just did that but, it gives me another prompt to download it. and it just doesnt seem to work i dont know what im doing wrong

you clicked on INSTALL NOW ont that page yeh?? cos it works for me, are you sure your actually in firefox when trying to do this??

yes, and yes im in firefox, am i supposed to have it download somewhere? cuz right now i have all downloads go to my temp folder.
and when i go to tools extensions, nothings there. i click the update button to see if its there. but nothing

make sure you are using the most current version of firefox.

On the page dragon linked, click install now, then a firefox software installation should pop up. Click install once its counted down from 3. Let it install, then restart firefox
