New video card? New anything? Is this the first time you have played it on this PC? Try opening the case and make sure the video card is not caked with dust bunnies, and the fan on the Video card is spinning...

did you upgrade your ati card? Now every year ati comes out with a new software (update). go to www.ati.com to download it.

You're not screwed, don't worry, we'll figure it out. ok, first things first. Were there ANY changes made to your system (hardware and/or software) coinciding with the begining of the problem? It is possible your videocard drivers have somehow become corrupt. I know personally that ATI's drivers are a real pain in the a$$ to completely remove. Goto the driver download page, on that page you will see another link for "catalyst uninstaller".....try that....if that doesnt work try the link below....*NOTE*When you click the second link, it will bring to a page with a couple different options.....on that page, in the search box in the upper left corner type in "uninstall" without quotes......look through the results until you see 373-20561:Removing old ATI software

https://support.ati.com/ics/support/...e&folderID=293

The "Remove old ATI software page gives you step by step instructions how to manually remove everything to do with ATI. Once you do that, download and install the latest drivers. Remove CS and reinstall it. Hopefully, at this point the problem is gone....good luck!
