well.. i cant say that requires a lot of skill,.. all you need is recources and everybody can do it.
tough, impressive score. ( but i dont really care about 3dmark scores )

In one of those pics, there video cards are completely iced over, and there are water droplets on some other parts of the card, how could that not damage it? wouldnt water short it out?

most cards and mobo's have a thin plastic coating over it. ( over the conductor rails. )
and.. if pure water, so only H2O is used for the cooling, you wouldnt have any trouble eiter, since it isolates.
