Arrow Cheap Sound Card

I wanted to get a set of Logitech X-530 5.1 Speakers but my computer isn't good for 5.1 right know, it was an integrated sound (Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device). So I wanted to get a cheap sound card to plug my speakers into. Any Suggestions on a really cheap sound card?

Will that be any better than the Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device that's integrated in there?

Many reviewers on newegg have had installation woes with the aforementioned, I would say to get something based on Via's Envy24. ~$30-40 but way better support.
Edit: I mean support as in both help and drivers.

i have a soundblaster live 16bit card, which is a step below that one, so i have to recommend the 24bit card there, although that really cheap $8 card should do the trick.
