I have the Painkiller Black Edition DVD and I was playing it today, and I just got to the level called "asylum". I have to say that that was the best, most bizzare and disgusting level I have ever played. It was so messed up, with like the insane zombies and they even have like monsters getting electricuted and all. I just wanna know if you people have this game too, and if this is the best level... I cant wait to play more, its so much fun in a disturbing way.

i remember that level, has a nice spooky feel to it but i thought the haunted first level of battle out of hell was more disturbing with those wicked looking kids and the second level where your at the theme park and ride that rollercoaster was the best, too bad they didnt make more of those levels, cant wait for part 2
