Error Report Messages

Hello,

I need help!!! I keep getting the following error reports:

C:\WINDOWS\MINIDUMP\mini09\1704-01.dmp

and

C:\Docume~1\Locals~1\Temp\Wer9.tmp.dir01\sysdata.x ml

If anyone knows what these reports mean and the ways to correct the problems, I would greatly appreciate it.

means nothing since those are the logs generated by the program that crashed. click the label for technical info and check the app that failed
