Default Motherboard-Ram compatibility

If I use a mobo that uses pc 3200 memory, it will work with pc3500 right? I want the 433 mhz because I'm going to oc an AMD Athon 64 3200. Heres what I'm looking at:

MOBO:

Its compatible although I would personally avoid ASRock if possible (ECS is better, albeit not by much), this is a cheap and good board
