Default Boot up freeze

I've built my parents a computer and the first time I started it up, it was fine and asked for the Windows Cd and so I put it in. Windows began it's hardware checking, then didn't recognize my HD. I realized that I forgot to plug power into my HD. So I turned off my computer and plugged my HD in.

Then I started up the computer once again, but this time it freezes while it is on the PCI Listing. I don't know why, I've tried everything to get it to work.

Can anyone help?

Nevermind, sorry, it was so easy that I didn't even think of it. I don't have a floppy drive and my boot order has the floppy as the first drive to check so my mobo just freezes and forever searches for the floppy. So I put the cd/dvd drive as first priority and it worked. Thanks though. Hope this helps someone else in the future.
