View Single Post - I can't get Real Play and Windows Media to play... but the audio works...

Ok, I was given a file from a friend to play on my lap but for some reason only the audio plays. Is there something that I need to download for the video to play right? Whenever I open it with Windows Media or Real Player it's just a black screen.
